Tenstorrent's Bengaluru team is hiring a hands-on designer to own the micro-architecture and RTL for SoC infrastructure blocks: the power management subsystem, interrupt controllers, AXI interconnect and cache controller. The work runs across architecture, firmware, DV and physical design on RISC-V and ARM-based SoCs, with LINT, CDC/RDC and power-intent checking treated as routine parts of the job. Tenstorrent asks for 3-6 years in ASIC design and states the role is hybrid out of Bangalore, and it explicitly says candidates may be levelled differently from the posted title after interview.
